Rock the Loch 5K/10K/Half 2021 Turn-by-Turn Directions
Rock the Loch 5KM TBT
- Start on East Shore Trail
- Follow trail along the Lake for 1.5 Miles
- You will turn around where the concrete path intersects with the dirt trail
- Return to the Start/Finish Area same way you came to the Start/Finish
Rock the Loch 10KM TBT
- Start on East Shore Trail
- Follow trail along the Lake
- You will run onto a dirt trail after 1.5 Miles
- STRAIGHT onto Dirt Trail for about .2 Miles
- LEFT onto Live Oak Suspension Bridge (slippery when wet)
- LEFT at next Intersection heading back towards Lake Chabot (Honker Bay Trail).
- Follow Trail Alongside Lake Chabot
- Head uphill to Honker Bay Trail (intersection of Honker Bay/Columbine Trail)
- TURNAROUND at Aid Station(3.2 miles)
- RETURN to the Start/Finish Area
- Return same way you came to the Start/Finish
Rock the Loch Half Marathon TBT
- Run up to West Shore Trail from Start Area
- Right onto West Shore Trail past Marina
- Follow West Shore trail along Lake for 2 Miles
- Cross West Shore Dam
- RIGHT Turn onto Bass Cove Trail after Dam
- Follow Bass Cove Trail along Lake for 1 Mile
- Head uphill onto Goldenrod Trail
- Follow Goldenrod Trail for 1.5 Miles to 1st Aid Station (4.25 miles approx)
- Head RIGHT and downhill on Jackson Grade just past aid station.
- Follow Jackson Grade downhill for .5 Miles
- SHARP RIGHT onto Cascade Trail
- Follow Cascade Trail.
- SLIGHT RIGHT onto Columbine Trail.
- Stay on Columbine Trail (3 Miles) to 2nd Aid Station
- 2nd Aid Station on Honker Bay Trail (8.25 miles approx)
- Turn right and downhill on Honker Bay Trail after Aid Station.
- Follow Trail for 1.5 Miles to Next Intersection
- Turn RIGHT at intersection with Honker Bay/Live Oak Trail intersection towards suspension bridge.
- CROSS SUSPENSION BRIDGE.
- Take a SHARP LEFT after Suspension Bridge uphill on Cameron Loop
- RIGHT onto Ten Hills/Cameron Loop at top of hill to 3rd Aid Station (10.5 miles approx)
- RIGHT and downhill on Cameron Loop Trail at Aid Station
- SHARP LEFT onto East Shore Trail
- Follow East Shore Trail for 1.5 Miles back to Finish Area
